BotaniKids: Scarecrow Making, ClayPlay and Nature Carpet
Activities
Calling all kids!
Come along to the Lake Wendouree foreshore for your chance to
make your very own scarecrow.

Children are also invited to stay and play with at the ClayPlay
and Nature Carpet activities. Make a mud pie creation or design a
floral carpet using items found in the backyard.

Woodworking Shed
Children can visit the Woodworking Shed to create a woodworking
master piece to take home and admire. Choose from a selection of
designs (toolbox, pencil case, cradle, and bird feeder) to produce
your own work of art and then start hammering away. Options to
paint your woodworking creation are available at the Plaster
Funhouse tent.

Petting Farm
Farmer Darryl together with his farm animals will be visiting
this year's Begonia Festival. Visit Farmer Darryl's working farm
and learn about animals through a 'touch and feel' experience with
hand-raised farm animals in a real farm setting.
Children will enjoy getting in amongst the pens and hay bales to
see calves, sheep and lambs, goats, chickens, ducks, guinea pigs,
rabbits and friendly miniature pigs.

Vintage Tram Rides
Take your friends and family on a free vintage tram ride on
