Booking forms

The Begonias will be on display from Saturday 10 March until mid April in the Robert Clark Conservatory at the Ballarat Botanical Gardens. An entrance fee of $4 per person for bus groups is required.

Please download a group booking form here and return to rccadmin@ballarat.vic.gov.au to secure your group booking.

Bus Parking and Unloading Zone

Event parking for the Ballarat Begonia Festival is free and located at the North Gardens Reserve on Gillies St. Buses will have an allocated drop off and pick up zone on Gilles St between Gate 2 and Gate 3 of the Ballarat Botanical Gardens.
