Festival Parking

Festival car parking and accessible parking is available at North Gardens (access via Wendouree Pde).

Accessible Drop-off is available on Gillies Street for all three festival days (strictly no parking).

Please note: On Parade morning (Monday 9 March), the festival car park is accessible only from the north, due to road closures in Wendouree Parade.

Train n' Ride

Visitors can take advantage of a free Festival Shuttle Bus service from the Ballarat Railway Station to the Festival. CDC Buses will meet select train services arriving from and departing to Melbourne daily.

 

Bike n' Park

Do you love to ride your bike? Why not ride to this year’s festival? Bike parking available for up to 100 bicycles.

Bike racks located within the North Gardens Festival Car Park, entry via Nursery Dr off Wendouree Pde.

Parking your bike is at your own risk – remember to bring a bike lock.

Vintage Tram Rides

Free vintage tram rides all weekend for your convenience and enjoyment. Travel the 1.3 km of the original track beside the Botanical Gardens on the west side of Lake Wendouree.

Visit the Ballarat Tramway Museum to hear about the interesting facts about Ballarat’s tram history.

Coach Drop-off and Parking

A designated Coach Drop-Off point will be located on Gillies Street for all three festival days – strictly no parking.

Coach parking is available along Plane Avenue in Victoria Park (access via Gillies Street).

Turn left off Gillies St into Elm Ave (Victoria Park) and follow Oak Ave until you get to Plane Ave.
